Description

Inspired by its awesome Sleeping Lemons Beer, The Wild Beer Co. decided to partner with the Bristol-based Psychopomp distillery to make Sleeping Lemons Gin! Just like the brew, this one is also made with lemon, preserved lemon and a smidge of salt, along with a good helping of juniper too, of course. We can see this doing rather well in Prosecco...

Overall

Bright lemon sherbet and piney juniper, alongside lemon verbena and tart citrus, with subtle saltiness on the finish.
