This Shiso Gin from the Wasabi Company is made using purple shiso grown in Dorset. Shiso leaves are widely used in Japanese cooking, and have a delicate herbal, citrussy flavour. Here, they're distilled in this London dry style gin, along with zingy yuzu and sudachi citrus fruits. A complex and balanced gin, this will stand out in G&T.
