It's the Lancaster Dry Gin from Three Wheel Gin Co. in... Lancaster! We all saw that coming. It's made with the addition of lemon peel and buchu leaves (a South African shrub) among traditional botanicals, so there's lots of bright citrus and herby notes to enjoy.
