An organic gin that's the result of a partnership between The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and the makers of the rather tasty Dodd's Gin (The London Distillery Company). Foraged seasonal flora from the world famous and internationally important Kew Gardens (how cool is that???) and other organic botanicals from around the world are distilled in Christina, a 140 litre copper pot still at Dodd's Gin's Battersea home. Aptly floral for a gin made in partnership with Kew Garden (considering the multitude of flowers present within the garden walls), joined by hints of dried orange and earthy beansprouts.
Cloudy lemonade, rose petal jam and thyme. Juniper is soft though spicy, leading to some fresh ginger heat.
Very slightly honeyed, though well balanced by warming black pepper notes.

a beautiful "liqueur" gin that must be savoured on its own to truly appreciate the herbs and spices (16?) used in its manufacture. i bought a bottle from a smartly tweed suited gentleman at the Kew Gardens Christmas Fair and am glad to see that it's sold out!!!
This is a beautiful gin, wonderfully packaged too which makes it perfect for a special gift. I love it, the only problem is it is in such high demand, it's almost impossible to get your hands on a bottle!!

I tried this at the taste of London winter festival. And it was amazing. I bought a bottle because it was so good. The flavours of the botanicals in it were beautifully matched and it was far superior to anything I've ever had before.
Try it with Poachers Well's tonic, the best tonic on the market, Irish made and better than fevertree!
