Henley Gin - Rhubarb & Orange
This elegant expression from Henley Gin combines the delicious flavours of orange zest and rhubarb, for an enjoyably tart and tangy profile. Fab splashed in tonic with a good twist of orange peel, and we can imagine it working rather well mixed with ginger ale, or cloudy apple juice too.
