Insane Ostrich Classic Gin 70cl

A classic dry gin that was made with a Dry Martini in mind, the botanical selection here includes juniper from Kosovo, as well as lemon zest, lime zest, coriander seed, cubeb pepper, cassia bark, angelica root, and orris root. Oh, and it salutes ostriches, presumably because they're terrifying and an ostrich held the founder hostage until they named their gin after them.
