Fords London Dry Gin comes to us from the Thames Distillers in London with help from Simon Ford of The 86 Co., the chaps behind Aylesbury Duck Vodka. For the botanical selection, the distillers cast their net far and wide, using a varied selection from around the world, including grapefruit peel from Turkey, jasmine from China, angelica from Poland, lemon peel from Spain and more, as well as juniper from Italy. Shake up some tasty Martinis with the recipe below! 45ml Fords London Dry Gin 45ml Dry vermouth A dash of Regans' Orange Bitters No. 6 Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass with plenty of ice, and stir for 40 counts. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with a twist of lemon!
