A herbaceous, refreshing expression from the Tappers chaps in West Kirby. Continuing the seasonal theme set by Springfever Gin, Three Fine Days Gin and Falling Leaves Gin, Wintergreen is an homage to the flavours of winter, as well as the ever green plant life that stands up to the chilly months. It's made with eight botanicals, including spruce needles, cassia bark, meadowsweet, birch bark, juniper, coriander, angelica and orris.
Robustly oak-y, with juniper pairing well alongside the birch and spruce. A touch of Alpine freshness brings sweeter elements to the fore.
