Symphonia No.2 Apple Gin Bottling Note

The second release from the science-and-symphony-inspired Northern Irish spirit range, Symphonia. This expression puts two intense flavours head-to-head - in one corner you have juniper, while in the other you have apple! They don't duke it out until only one survives, however. The result is a harmonious combination that ought to be fantastic with a dry tonic.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Earthy, almost oily juniper blends well with notes of apple skins, while top notes of green apple flesh bring juicy elements into the mix.
