The founders behind Staffordshire Gin were so taken with their home county that they decided to create a gin inspired by it! The star botanicals here are cassia bark, lemon and bay leaf, though the gin also boasts a wonderful, smooth creaminess. Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit to bring out the citrus notes.
Peppery notes of juniper and a crack of black pepper, leading into delicate creamy note alongside light, oily citrus and an aromatic, herbaceous finish.
