A gin made entirely from potatoes at Saint Patrick's distillery in Douglas, Cork. No grain to be seen in the base spirit! There's juniper, coriander, citrus and liquorice among the botanicals of this small batch Irish gin, boasting a rather traditional flavour profile.

Piney juniper and citrus straight off the bat, with warmer spiced notes and a creamy sweetness on the finish.
