Sky Wave Signature London Dry Gin
If you're a gin fan you probably already know Sky Wave Gin and what an absolute delight it is. Created by Rachel and Andy in Bucknell, Oxfordshire, the winning blend of 13 botanicals (which includes locally foraged blackberries and locally grown raspberries) has seen this gin bag a tonne of awards and plenty of plaudits. The only issue was that, at 50cl, there wasn't enough of it! This swanky new 70cl bottle takes care of that, however.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
A creamy note reminiscent of white chocolate appears among oily juniper and lemon peel, with subtle hints of berry jam in support.
Palate
Viscous and mouth-filling, well-balanced creamy sweetness alongside prominent juniper, clean citrus, and touches of jammy forest fruit.
Finish
White pepper spice appears on the finish with lingering, somewhat creamy juniper.
