Description

An homage to the flora growing around Oxfordshire, Sky Wave has created an enjoyably herbaceous and fruity expression here! Nine botanicals sit at its core, including juniper, raspberry, mallow, angelica, lemon, lime, lemon verbena, vanilla and coriander. Fresh from picking up the Best Contemporary Gin Trophy at the World Gin Awards 2020 for its original expression, we're particularly looking forward to this one from Sky Wave!

Overall

Leafy coriander with a crackle of pepper to back it up, cooling citrus and soft vanilla sweetness mellow it out.
