An homage to the flora growing around Oxfordshire, Sky Wave has created an enjoyably herbaceous and fruity expression here! Nine botanicals sit at its core, including juniper, raspberry, mallow, angelica, lemon, lime, lemon verbena, vanilla and coriander. Fresh from picking up the Best Contemporary Gin Trophy at the World Gin Awards 2020 for its original expression, we're particularly looking forward to this one from Sky Wave!

We love this gin, a recent find. So smooth, and actually a hint of sweetness. Very subtle flavours.
