
An intriguing release from the Sheffield Distillery's Hallmark series, dubbed the Edinburgh Edition. This expression has been flavoured with ingredients you would see in a Black Bun, a fruit cake traditionally enjoyed around Hogmanay. Raisins are soaked in Scotch whisky, and combined with a host of other botanicals like allspice, stem ginger, almonds, juniper and more, before being steeped for 24 hours and distilled. It's bottled at Navy Strength, and packs huge helpings of flavour, perfect for festive mixed drinks.
Cinnamon, fresh ginger spiciness, pepper juniper, hints of dried fruit sweetness and a little smidge of vanilla.
