Joining the Hallmark Navy Strength series from the Sheffield Distillery, this edition takes its inspiration from the city of Birmingham, specifically its history as a port used for trade with the Caribbean and West Indies. As such, you can expect some tropical botanicals in the mix with the likes of fresh limes and a big load of desiccated coconut allowed to infuse before distillation. With a hearty ABV of 61.5% ABV, this should be extremely versatile for concocting some tasty drinks.
Zesty with zingy lime and hints of green boiled sweeties, creamy wafts of coconut with hints of floral vanilla to balance a bold core of juniper, anise, and warming pepper spice.
