Taking inspiration from a classic liqueur, the Sheffield Distillery has created its very own Assay Limoncello Gin. It's made with Sorrento lemons, along with a host of classic botanicals, resulting in bright, vibrant, zesty flavour profile that will be perfect for summer drinks.
Clearly lemons are the star attraction here, with bold zestiness abound. Hints of oily juniper and spicy peppercorn build in the background, with a touch of creamy vanilla too.
