Assay Elderflower & Apricot Gin
A vibrant Elderflower & Apricot Gin from the Sheffield Distillery! Five kilograms of elderflowers and apricots were added to the still before distillation, and then another five kilograms of each were added to the marrying tank after distillation, in which they steeped for seven days. Hence the golden hue and big, bold flavour profile!
