A fascinating gin from Selvatiq, featuring botanicals foraged from the lands surrounding Mincio River in northern Italy. It includes the likes of lotus root, sea buckthorn, and an infusion of hibiscus, which is where the red hue comes from. The producers recommend serving it with tonic water or soda water, but also simply served neat at room temperature to enjoy the complex flavour profile.
