Hailing from Vietnam, Saigon Baigur gin is copper pot distilled in Ho Chi Minh City, and features a host of 12 distinctive local botanicals, alongside four classic gin botanicals. There are the likes of buddha's hand, a floral citrus fruit grown in Hanoi, dragon fruit, peppercorns, lemongrass, lime peel, and bird's eye chilli, plus a vapour infusion with lotus flower! A characterful choice for a G&T, and ought to inspire some splendid cocktails too.

This gin is stunning ? Took a leap of faith with only one bottle left and so glad I did… this is a very smooth and packed with flavours, with every sip! Has that floral, citrus and a hint of liquorice coming through! I really hope that this gets restocked, as I will be picking up a second bottle! Congrats to the distiller..?
