Spiced nose. Resinous aromas (perhaps from the Frankincense), with cut herbs, pepper and cigar boxes.
Citrus-led palate, with cut herbs, vanilla and mixed spice. Juniper comes through. Hints of potpourri.
Crisp, zesty finish.
Drunk this all through lockdown, it’s incredible.
