A beautifully balanced Old Tom gin from Purity in Sweden. An array of botanicals such as basil and thyme bring a savoury side that balances fantastically with the sweeter notes of Nordic blueberry and lingonberry. The production process is extremely thorough, including 34 distillation to create a gin that is delightful sipped neat and will pair extremely well with homemade lemonade.
Bright and bold with a good dose of juniper, citrus and sweet, creamy berries. Gentle florals waft through, with a well judged helping of sweet sugar, not too much, not too little!
