Puddingstone Ultrasonic Gin
From the Puddingstone Distillery, Ultrasonic Gin takes inspiration from the flight of native bats throughout the British countryside! A unique ultrasonic extraction process is used for the botanicals, that include juniper, angelica root, elderflower, coriander seed, roasted barley, Bramley apple, and mint. The distillery teamed up with Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust for this one, and donates £2 from every bottle, to ensure the protection of local bats and other beasties.

Fresh, sweet notes of apple, floral hints of elderflower, and creamy barley lead to crisp juniper with herbal touches of fresh mint.
