The Puddingstone Distillery has been working on some festive fancies, and this fabulous cherry gin is brimming with seasonal delight! Beginning with a base of its Puddingstone Pudding Gin, that is distilled with real Christmas pudding, the team adds a load of fresh cherries and fills it all into a bourbon cask, allowing the gin to take on an exceptionally rich, dark colour and flavour. Great served with a good aromatic tonic, or with cloudy apple juice.
Plenty of festive spice leads the way with cinnamon, ginger, and anise, alongside a good helping of orange peel and sultana. Juniper still remains bold at the core, with rich sweet juicy depth from the cherries, soft wafts of vanilla and almond.
