It's a cask-aged expression of the Puddingstone Distillery's festive Pudding Gin, fondly nicknamed PUD PUD! The Puddingstone gang began by filling ex-bourbon casks with the classic Christmas pudding inspired gin, where it was allowed to rest for just over four weeks. Following this, the gin was emptied and the casks were filled with ruby Port, which was given time to impart plenty of rich, fruity character before being emptied out again. Finally, the gin went back into the casks to pick up the aforementioned Port influence, resulting in a fabulously rich sipper, brimming with sweet vanilla, fruit and spice. Enjoy this one neat or mixed – it would certainly add a festive twist to classic cocktails.

Plenty of festive warmth with spiced, dried fruits, cinnamon, anise, and juniper are bolstered by rich zesty oak and vanilla, juicy sultanas, dark cherries, and peppery spice.
