A splendid dry gin from the Highlands, where things aren't always quite so dry. Drookit is Scots for extremely wet or drenched, however, the varying weather does enable an array of local botanicals to grow, some of which found their way to the Pixel Spirits Distillery – and into this gin! The likes of rowan berries, heather, silver birch sap, and rosehips are joined by grapefruit, pink pepper, and other classics resulting in a delicately floral and fruity dry gin.
A good helping of citrus peels and aromatic hedgerow blossom. Heather and juniper combine at the core, while tangy fruit and drying spices build beneath.
