First launched in July 2013, 5 botanicals are used to create Pinkster (the "Agreeably British Gin"). The brainchild of Stephen Marsh, Pinkster is made with delicious raspberries which are steeped in the gin, lending it both its pink hue and subtle fruitiness. Those raspberries don't just go in the bin afterwards - goodness, no! Those gin-soaked little rascals go on to make Pinkster's Boozy Berries and Gin Jam!
Orange peels and angelica, with a subtle whiff of tart raspberries coming through.
Rounded fruit. A drying touch of pepper. Vanilla bean and coriander.
Zesty raspberries and a grassy hint of water mint.

Love this stuff. Great in the summer. A touch of fruit and v smooth. Love their line about spanking the mint for a G&T.
Lovely gin that's far nicer than the other big brands! Also nice with grapefruit & tonic...yet to try earl grey but hear that's nice too!Very easy to get pinkstered!
Initially discovered this at a Foodies Festival and am now mildly hooked. They recommend serving with fresh mint instead of lemon or lime - trust me, it makes a real difference.
If you're not a fan of the big dry gins, then this will hit the spot. The juniper's there but it's not dominant. Mighty refreshing.....will be stocking up for the summer. Thanks.
Wasn't sure what to expect but pleasantly surprised. Smooth finish. Even the mother-in-law who's not a gin fan was back for seconds.
