First launched in July 2013, 5 botanicals are used to create Pinkster (the "Agreeably British Gin"). The brainchild of Stephen Marsh, Pinkster is made with delicious raspberries which are steeped in the gin, lending it both its pink hue and subtle fruitiness. Those raspberries don't just go in the bin afterwards - goodness, no! Those gin-soaked little rascals go on to make Pinkster's Boozy Berries and Gin Jam!
Orange peels and angelica, with a subtle whiff of tart raspberries coming through.
Rounded fruit. A drying touch of pepper. Vanilla bean and coriander.
Zesty raspberries and a grassy hint of water mint.

Unlike most of the pink gins around, this one uses fresh fruit rather than flavourings. Makes it dry and smooth not sickly and sweet. Well above the others imho
Pals were raving about this, and I see why. Subtle raspberry flavour. Makes a scrummy G&T. Only problem is the bottle disappears rather too quickly.
I had my reservations on trying a pink gin but WOW was i wrong! Pinkster is amazing and now its all i drink!!
Too dry and bland for me, although I can see why some like it, can’t really taste raspberry unless you stick some raspberries in it, which rather defeats the point
Heard good things from pals and Pinkster fully lived up to expectations and more. Raspberry is very gentle and it has a fantastically smooth finish. My new favourite, can't say more than that.
