First launched in July 2013, 5 botanicals are used to create Pinkster (the "Agreeably British Gin"). The brainchild of Stephen Marsh, Pinkster is made with delicious raspberries which are steeped in the gin, lending it both its pink hue and subtle fruitiness. Those raspberries don't just go in the bin afterwards - goodness, no! Those gin-soaked little rascals go on to make Pinkster's Boozy Berries and Gin Jam!
Orange peels and angelica, with a subtle whiff of tart raspberries coming through.
Rounded fruit. A drying touch of pepper. Vanilla bean and coriander.
Zesty raspberries and a grassy hint of water mint.

Discovered this recently at a gin festival and was quickly converted. Subtle, smooth with just the right amount of raspberry. Makes a very tasty G&T (or two). Thumbs up.
The raspberry comes across as soapy to my taste, and the whole thing seems like something I should be putting on a cotton ball to dab on my skin rather than something I should be drinking. Trying a little too hard to be girly, and in my opinion, missing.
Very nice subtle nuance of fruit on a clean refreshing palate. As fresh as the green bottle but with a new feminine twist, an excellent gin.
So smooth, with a delicious, sophisticated after-taste. Currently my favourite summer gin. Will be buying more.
I first tasted pinkster at the best of Britania exhibition in Preston and was so taken I brought three bottles at the London show. Best gin on market by a country mile - Bravo!
