The Orkney Gin Company has been hard at work to create this delightful expression. Aatta means 'eight' in Old Norse language – a well suited name, as this gin is distilled a total of eight times and includes a selection of eight botanicals such as orange, rosehip, juniper, and vanilla. The result is a tremendous sipper with an exceptionally smooth and silky mouthfeel and fabulous balance – try it neat, or mix up some stunning G&Ts, garnished with orange and fresh rosemary. The bottle is pretty neat too, and takes inspiration from traditional old bottles found washed up on Orkney's shores.
Sleek texture with balanced juniper, sweet orange zest, gently aromatic with a touch of floral vanilla and fruity tang.

I own a traditional public house in Kent and as such force myself to drink a lot of gin! This Orkney Island Gin is lovely and smooth and has such subtle, smooth, underlying botanicals I defy anyone to dislike it. I'm surprised it is not more famous. We serve it with a big fat wedge of orange & rosemary for Instagram perfection. The bottle too is a work of art. Bravo to the Orkney Gin Company.
A stunning quality gin in a beautiful bottle.
A beautiful smooth and characterful gin. This makes my very favourite gin and tonic with a slice of orange and fever tree Indian tonic as recommended 10/10.
Love this gin ??
This gin exudes quality making a vibrant citrussy gin & tonic (MoM tasting notes are bang on) and equally the perfect smooth juniper sipper neat over a large cube of ice. My new favourite classic gin by a country mile.
