The folks at Mallows Distillery looked beyond their Welsh surroundings when searching for flavour inspiration for this gin. Landing upon a tropical trio of mango, passion fruit and lime, they've come up with a fruit forward gin that should do nicely in all manner of mixed drinks.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Each fruit component is present with sweet, sticky mango, zingy passion fruit balanced by zesty lime, juniper pops up amongst the fruit, with some gentle heat on the finish.
