Description

This gin from the Mallows range, produced all the way in Wales, is for those of you who love exploring exciting flavour combinations. Alongside the classic core of juniper, this one also features the likes of chocolate, chilli, and sea salt! There's sweet notes, savoury notes, spicy notes, all in one sip. Fascinating stuff.

Overall

Bittersweet cacao balanced by hints of sea salt flakes, a flutter of peppery chilli appearing later on.

Chocolate and gin - what more is there!!

Love this gin it’s got all my favourite things - and it tastes like heaven! It’s lovely with ginger beer - it brings out the chilli and adds a new dimension. You must try it

Love this Gin - Just discovered it!

We love to find new producers and products - we met the distiller today, Steve at a food festival. He was so proud of the products and company. This was an interesting combination - but it really works!
