Produced at the Maidstone Distillery in Kent, this gin celebrates the garden of England (that's the county of Kent as a whole, not Maidstone, in case you were puzzled) with an array of fruit-forward botanicals and infusions. After distillation, the gin is treated to a rest in bourbon casks, before being blended with Kentish morellos, dark cherries, strawberries, and raspberries. The name Kipsi comes from the nickname given to the wicker baskets, traditionally used by fruit pickers during the harvest.
Elegant layers of sweet summer fruits and oaken vanilla, with a core of crisp juniper, a touch of zest, and soft spice.

Very impressed. Not artificially sweet at all. Lovely elegant flavour of summer fruits. Reminds me of a Provence rosé wine
