Magic Rock Brewery are well known for their High Wire Grapefruit pale ale, which has inspired them to try their hand at distilling! After over a year of development, in partnership with Adnams Southwold at their Copper House Distillery, the team conjured up Highwire Grapefruit Gin! The result is a zingy gin with plenty of grapefruit and citrus notes, ideal for a clean, fresh serve over tonic - garnished with a great big slice of grapefruit, (obviously).
