Mycroft Gin Emporium 3 Bottling Note
Those Mycroft Gin folks are so taken with the Scottish Highlands, they made a gin to celebrate it! Behold Emporium 3, distilled in Scotland from 10 botanicals, including almond, nutmeg, lavender, mint and Royal Deeside honey. Then, it's blended with Highland spring water and bottled up at 40% ABV. A floral affair this one, great with a splash of tonic and a sprig of lavender to garnish, for the horticulturalists among you.

Piney juniper kicks it off, followed by distinct floral lavender, a creamy nutty note and a drizzle of floral honey, with a refreshing menthol finish.
