A rather intriguing variant from Linlithgow Distillery's LinGin range, showcasing the tropical creaminess of coconut! Eight of the 12 botanicals from the flagship gin are distilled, and then infused with coconut. We reckon this could be ideal for putting a juniper-based twist on a Mojito.
