LinGin 70cl

LinGin comes to us all the way from Linlithgow, Scotland. This London dry gin is made using a mixture of locally-foraged and sourced botanicals, as well as a selection of traditional botanicals from elsewhere. To help develop the recipe, the distillers enlisted the help of over 100 people from the local area to be their tasting panel - which has resulted in a rather well-balanced flavour profile. It's a bit like democracy, but with gin.
