This is LinGin's cask aged variation, which sees the classic LinGin matured in a former Bunnahabhain whisky cask for just over seven months. This has imparted subtle notes of malt and vanilla, making for a tipple that will do well simply served over ice, or in an intriguing G&T.
Honey and caramel, followed by earthy coriander and juniper, with a smidge of orange shining through.
