For the sixth edition of LinGin Cask Aged, the LinGin gang took its classic LinGin matured in an oloroso sherry cask from Dalmore. The gin spent 12 months maturing, resulting in a superbly soft texture, with elegant layers of buttery oak and stewed fruit, and a splendid golden hue.
Honey and caramel, followed by earthy coriander and juniper, with a smidge of orange shining through.
