A fragrant gin from Lindisfarne (also known as Holy Island), a tidal island off the northeast coast of England. This gin is inspired by the island's local flora, with meadowsweet at its heart, alongside honey, lemongrass, and heather. It's a delicately sweet, citrusy affair, and we can see it going very well in a Gimlet (though a G&T with a slice of lemon will also do if you're not feeling all that shaking).
Runny honey sweetness, piney juniper, sweet citrus, subtle florals, and a touch of creaminess.
