Jüst Gin With Dill

Jüst Gin is a Swedish tipple produced in Borensberg from just five botanicals, with Swedish dill the centrepiece. In the spirit you'll also find juniper from the Austrian Alps, grains of paradise from West Africa, Mediterranean sweet and bitter almond, and liquorice root from Ceylon. The botanicals are macerated for an entire two weeks before distillation. Keep it simple with a G&T and a handful of blueberries to garnish.

Fragrant citrus notes and a touch of aniseed, with bold juniper and oily, creamy nuttiness followed by a spiced finish.
