This enjoyably vibrant expression is Jackson's Leicester Dry Gin, which is made in a copper pot still using a selection of 11 botanicals, including the likes of silver birch, elderberries, juniper, and the classic combo of dandelion and burdock. Of course, this ought to be fantastic in a G&T, and you'll want to serve it with a fresh orange peel or a good wedge of grapefruit.
Juniper is bright and bold, with subtle earthiness bolstered by silver birch. Zesty fruit sweetness brings some balance to the palate, along with familiar dandelion and burdock rootsy notes.
