The Indian Summer Gin Cask Strength selection is matured in a range of different casks from Scotch whisky distilleries, like the legendary Bunnahabhain on Islay! This particular edition was a sherried Bunnahabhain cask, which has imparted some soft sweetness to the herbaceous gin's flavour profile.
