It's no surprise then that Worcestershire-based distillery Hussingtree decided to make use of the fruit in its Spiced Plum Gin. Juniper and plum shine alongside six more botanicals, resulting in a wonderfully autumnal tipple that should do well in a Gin Hot Toddy in the evenings, or simply over ice on warmer days.
