Tinker Brook provides the water that went into this dry gin from Lancashire, so it's a pretty appropriate name. It's blended with hand-foraged heather tips that grow around the distillery as well as a selection of botanicals like cassia, cubeb pepper, orange peel, and lemon peel to create this tasty little number.
