Hooting Owl Signature Gin
It's the awesome Signature London Dry gin from Hooting Owl over in Yorkshire! The tipple is packed full of botanicals, with bitter orange peel, mukrat lime leaves, dandelion and burdock root, and mountain ash in there to name a few. The small batch spirit is bottled at 42% ABV, and does rather well with a splash of tonic and a slice of grapefruit.

A whole host of bittersweet citrus, supported by juniper, earthy woodiness and a hit of spice, with lingering anise sweetness.
