The North Yorkshire Gin is inspired by the North Yorkshire Moors where the distillers harvest heather and bilberries, hence their inclusion in the botanical selection, alongside 16 other ingredients. A well-rounded, fruity expression with a touch of herbaceous heat on the finish.
Soft hints of fresh summer berries and citrus, followed by liquorice, peppery juniper and earthy orris.
Like all Hooting Owl gin, full of flavour and very distinct. Lovely if you fancy something a little bit different.
