The North Yorkshire Gin is inspired by the North Yorkshire Moors where the distillers harvest heather and bilberries, hence their inclusion in the botanical selection, alongside 16 other ingredients. A well-rounded, fruity expression with a touch of herbaceous heat on the finish.
Soft hints of fresh summer berries and citrus, followed by liquorice, peppery juniper and earthy orris.
