One of four gins inspired by the county of Yorkshire from the Hooting Owl Distillery (it should come as no surprise that the distillery is from Yorkshire, by the way). This one is inspired by the coastal on the east of Yorkshire, and as such, features coastal kelp among sits botanicals for a touch of maritime marvellousness.
Softly sweet with hints of honey, lavender, citrus and liquorice, juxtaposed with touches of savoury cardamom and salty kelp.
This has gone straight into my top 5 gins! Really smooth, with a good aftertaste, it makes a fantastic G&T. Dangerously moreish!!
Easily the best gin I've ever had - has ruined all other gins for me.
