A festive addition to the Apoteca gin range from Honey Spirits Co., dubbed Festive Spice! Its original gin, produced with a rye base, has been treated to the addition of seasonal botanicals like cranberry, damson, elderberry and spices. As you may have expected, it's warming, fruity affair, and we can see warm apple juice pairing very well with it on colder evenings.
Tart red fruit is balanced by sweet citrus, leading into herbaceous juniper, cinnamon and peppery spice.
