Trinity English Garden Gin - Autumn 50cl

A collaboration between Green Room and London's Michelin-Starred restaurant Trinity, it's another seasonal release from the distillery – this one celebrating autumn. As such, it packs in fig leaves (known for creamy, grassy notes), blackcurrant leaves, and rosehips alongside tart crab apples. Serve it with tonic and a slice of fresh apple to bring out those seasonal flavours.
