No Sleep Greater Than Gin is a collaboration between Indian producers NAO Spirits – creators of Greater Than Gin and Hapusa Gin – and Dope Coffee Roasters. No sugar or additional flavourings have been used here, with just medium roast, cold brew Indian coffee being used to infuse the gin. Cold brewing the coffee means some lovely red berry and citrus notes make their way into this gin, alongside caramelised sugar and dark chocolate. Try this gin with tonic water, and a nice wedge of orange for a twist on the classic G&T. Trust us, it's delicious.
Rich notes of roasted coffee are joined by hints of red berry and cacao, with salted caramel, juniper, and delicate peppercorns rounding things off.
